Sentrum Sb Ck won by 11 Runs
Traffic in the various tunnels around (and under) Oslo, meant that we were mostly a little late (and stressed) upon arrival to Ekeberg. After finally shambling out way through a brief warmup, we lost the toss and we were in the field.
Things started pretty brightly with an early wicket for Dennis. After that Sentrum kept putting away the bad ball (and there were a good few), and ended up on a pretty respectable 115. 2 wickets each to Benan, Rasel (his first wickets for the club) and Arif.
In reply we never really got ahead of the game, and EK 3 is not an easy ground to make up RR on, with it’s horrifically slow outfield. Pick of the batsmen was Pradeesh who’s 32 off 28 was all that kept us in the game for long periods. In the end we fell 12 short.
Special mention to Si who was back behind the stumps and celebrated with two stumpings.
