1.   Name: The Club will be called the Aliens Cricket Club.

2.   Membership: There will be three categories of membership of the Club: Playing Members, Former Playing Members and Honorary Members.

3.   Playing and Former Playing Members: Playing Members will be those who currently play for the Club. Former Playing Members will be those who have played for the Club in the past but who no longer wish to be Playing Members.

4.   Honorary Members: Honorary Members will be those who have not played for the Club but who have accepted an invitation from the Committee to become members. Honorary membership may be offered for past services to the Club. Honorary Members will enjoy all the privileges of Playing Members and Former Playing Members [except that they will not be entitled to vote or to serve as officers of the Club or on the Committee].

6.   Officers: The Officers of the Club will consist of the President, the Chairman, the Secretary, the Treasurer and the Captain.

7.   The Committee: The Committee will consist of all of the 7 board members listed in Contacts. Each member of the Committee will be elected at the Annual General Meeting, will hold office for two years and will be eligible for re-election. The Committee can fill any vacancy on the Committee, which may arise during the year.

8.   Management of the Club: The Committee will undertake the general management of the Club. The Secretary, or any other Officer, may call a meeting of the Committee as often as, and whenever, he thinks necessary or desirable. Three members of the Committee will form a quorum for Committee meetings.

9.   General Meeting: A General Meeting will be held at least once a year. Notice of a General Meeting (including the business to be transacted at that meeting) must given to members at least 14 days before the date of the meeting. Three members of the Club will form a quorum for General Meetings.

10.   Change of Rules: The Rules of the Club may be changed only if a resolution proposing the changes is passed by not less than two-thirds of the votes cast at a General Meeting.

11.   Matches: Matches will be arranged by the Committee or by individual members with the approval of the Committee.
